Every project begins as a design foundation — a complete, internally consistent document set that can be challenged, tested, and falsified before a single brick is laid. Claims are gated on simulation, mockup verification, and post-occupancy measurement. Nothing publishes as fact until it has been proven on site.
The verification gate is open: mockup cells must pass full wet seasons; instrumented units must measure one year of occupation before any performance claim publishes as measured.
